Guest Service Driver (position filled)
Delivery Acquisition, Inc., dba Colorado Mountain Express, is looking to fill a Guest Service Driver position in Edwards, Glenwood Springs, and Silverthorne, CO. This is a full-time peakload temporary position and we are looking to fill 105 job openings for employment from November 1, 2009 to April 30, 2010.
Duties: Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, transport our guests and their luggage from various origin points to various destination points, fueling and cleaning the vehicle at the end of the day. Receive and follow instructions from various dispatchers located in various areas. Report promptly for assigned trips. Accurately record and submit all required information, including trip sheets and driver daily logs. Collect and account for any cash for service when required.
Reqts: Must have a High school diploma or GED. Must be able to meet all U.S. Federal and State regulations pertaining to the transportation of passengers by commercial drivers. Must hold a regular Colorado drivers license. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age. Must be able to read, write, speak and comprehend English. Must pass a pre-employment drug test. Must pass a U. S. Department of Transportation physical examination. Must pass a 10-year background check with the Transportation Security Administration. Ability to lift 100 pounds. Clean driving record preferred.
Pay & Work Schedule: $8.68/hr, 50-60 hrs/wk, 8:00 A.M to 6:00 P.M., schedule varies. Overtime is not available. Comprehensive training is available.

Customer Service Agent (position filled)
Delivery Acquisition, Inc., dba Colorado Mountain Express, is looking to fill a Customer Service Agent position in Edwards and Gypsum, CO. This is a full-time peakload temporary position and we are looking to fill 23 job openings for employment from November 1, 2009 to April 10, 2010.
Duties: Ensure that each CME guest or potential guest is treated in a warm, friendly and efficient manner. Answer telephone calls. Communicate company information to guests in a clear and concise manner. Perform guest check-in services and airport-based walk-up guest sales. Enter reservations into reservations system. Provide guest support and assist guests with their luggage to boarding areas and/or vehicles. Maintain clean and presentable airport facilities. Attend and participate in team meetings. Report and help resolve guest inconsistencies and lost luggage items. Maintain integrity and consistency of reservation data. Reconcile vouchers, credit card transactions, and the cash drawer. Perform duties of departure coordinator and porter. Load drivers into computer.
Reqts: High school diploma or GED. Must have understanding of database, internet, spreadsheet, and word processing software. Must be fluent in English.
Pay & Work Schedule: $9.66/hr, 32- 40 hrs/wk, 5:00 am to 11:00 pm and may include holidays and weekends., schedule varies. Overtime is available.

PC Technician (position filled)
Position: PC Technician
Start Date: ASAP
Reports To: Network Administrator
Status: Part Time/Seasonal
Starting Rate: $25.00 per hour
Responsibilities include excellent customer service, distributed systems hardware installation, maintenance, and support, and the support of desktop operating systems, printing and application support. Works closely with the IT team and users in Broomfield, Summit and Eagle Counties to exceed customer expectations.
Essential Job Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain and upgrade desktop infrastructure for production, testing and development environments
- Create, update and close trouble tickets in Help Desk ticket tracking software
- Support in-house client software, MS office and Outlook, Citrix client, and VPN client
- Maintain and update WYSE thin clients hardware, including MACs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Be able to meet objectives with little or no direct supervision
Additional Skills:
- Manage the day-to-day administration of the network, resolving any technical issues relating to the users of software
- Understand and support backup and recovery procedures with Symantec Backup Exec. Run system recoveries
- Maintain and update network antivirus/spyware protection and desktop firewalls using Symantec Endpoint Protection
- Monitor systems performance and troubleshooting alerts using monitoring tools
- Maintain and update Windows Terminal Services
- Maintain system software and patch installations with Windows Server Update Service
